1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Regions

We currently ship across India. Delivery is subject to the serviceability of our logistics partners. If your location is not covered, we would contact you to find best alternative solution to make the products reach to you. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at kachchaghadaa@gmail.com.

1.2 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. Processing time may vary during high-demand periods, and we appreciate your patience. 

1.3 Shipping Time & Costs

Estimated delivery time: 7-8 business days, depending on the location. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and vary based on the delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value, as mentioned on the Site.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please contact us at kachchaghadaa@gmail.com.

1.5 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us for assistance.

1.6 Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in locating the package or offer a suitable resolution.

 
2. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
2.1 Return Eligibility

  • Customers can cancel their order within 2-3 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email. Cancellation charges will be applicable in such cases. The balance amount will be credited to your account within 8 business days from placing the cancellation request. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

  • At KACHCHA GHADAA, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans, carrying with it the beauty of human touch. Due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship, slight variations in color, size, or texture—as well as minor imperfections—are natural characteristics, not flaws. These subtle differences make every piece unique and reflect the time, effort, and skill poured into its creation. We truly appreciate your understanding and support for handmade artistry. As a result, products cannot be returned or refunded for these natural variations.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds. However, a replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
    (a) Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
    (b) Wrong Product received.

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • To qualify for a replacement:

    (a) The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    (b) Proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of damage or incorrect item must be submitted.

2.2 Returns & Replacement Process
  • Email us at kachchaghadaa@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
    1. Order number
    2. Description of the issue
    3. Photographic evidence of the incorrect or damaged item
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange for a return pickup.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will ship a replacement.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund.
2.3 No Refund Policy
  • We do not provide refunds for any reason.
  • Replacement will be offered only if the return is approved under the stated conditions.
2.4. Non-replaceable Items
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Used, altered, or damaged items not due to transit issues.
